Returns

To consider

Products can be returned as long as the following points are met:

The return must be made within 15 days after delivery of the order.
The products cannot be used and must retain their original condition.
Items returned incomplete, damaged or soiled will not be accepted.
Items sold in packs (more than one item at a single price) are considered as a single item, so they cannot be returned in parts.
In order to avoid fraudulent returns, if in doubt about a return, the Origin Of Comics quality control team will carry out an inspection of the item and verify it. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer (except for defects or defects in the products).

Under no circumstances is the amount of shipping costs refunded, except in the case of a defect or defect.

To process a return you must follow these steps:

Send an email to info@originofcomics.com indicating your order number, the item you want to return or exchange and the reason for the return.
We will then send you an email with the label so you can take the package to the nearest collection point.
When the item arrives at our facilities we will check that everything is correct before proceeding with the refund.
From the beginning of the return processing until the refund is reflected in the account from which the payment was made, 4 to 7 business days will pass.
