These novels, which were extremely popular during the 1970s and 1980s, featured spectacular and eye-catching cover art by renowned artists such as Rafael Cortiella. His illustrations appeared on numerous novels and comic books, both in Spain and internationally.
Cortiella was a versatile artist who worked as a comic book illustrator, commercial artist, and cover painter.
